Experience the convenience of two accessible ways to book our interior design services: contact our UAE customer service hotline 800- Ceramics or visit our corporate showroom in Ras Al Khaimah. Once you have contacted us, we will be happy to help you arrange a suitable date and time to meet with your Interior Architect.
To ensure a personal and tailored approach to your design project, we provide you with a comprehensive questionnaire. This questionnaire allows us to explore your unique design ideas, understand your budget requirements and set a realistic timeframe. As part of this process, we will also ask you to provide us with a photo of your project to help us visualise your space.
Prepare
The design process
Meet your RAK Ceramics Interior Architect in person at our showroom or virtually at the agreed date and time. During this meeting, our interior architect will present the initial draft of your project design, and together you will discuss any potential revisions or modifications, ensuring that the final result perfectly captures your vision.
Deliver
Your design, your space
At the final meeting with your Interior Architect, you will be presented with the final rendered images of your project space, incorporating the RAK Ceramics’ products and materials you selected at the previous meetings. Now you are ready to turn your vision into reality!

How can I book my interior design service?
There are two ways to book our Interior Design Services: through our UAE customer service hotline at 800-Ceramics or by visiting our corporate showroom in Ras Al Khaimah
How many changes can I make with the service?
After receiving the initial proposal, you have the opportunity to make one revision before finalising the design.
How many days does it take to get my first design proposal?
You can expect to receive the initial design proposal within a timeframe ranging from 24 to 48 hours.
Does this service include installation?
Installation is not included as part of this service.
Is it a paid service?
If you choose to purchase our products, the interior design service is COMPLIMENTARY, and the design fee will be deducted from the total cost of the products, subject to a minimum purchase amount of AED 5,000. However, if you opt for our interior design service only, without making a purchase, the cost is AED 1,500 per room design, which includes three 1-hour sessions with our Interior Architect.
Does the service include site inspection?
Our service does not include an on-site inspection. However, our Interior Architect will work closely with you to ensure we understand your requirements and vision for the project.
Can the voucher be redeemed at a different store than the one I purchased?
The voucher can be redeemed for any item in any RAK Ceramics showroom within a period of 3 months, including during promotions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Design Services
RAK Ceramics ("We/Us/Our") looks forward to supporting you on your design journey, whether it's a single room in your home or your entire home. We believe that our products have the power to transform your spaces. We are committed to creating and providing you with plans and illustrations ("designs") for your space(s) using our products.
Design Fee
AED 1,500 per room design (for 3 x 1-hour sessions with our designers)
AED 500 per room design (for an additional 1-hour session with our designers)
If you choose to purchase our products, the design fee may be deducted from the cost of those products, subject to a minimum purchase amount of AED 5,000. We will issue you with a voucher by email in the amount of the relevant Design Fee, which you may then redeem against the purchase of the Products provided for in your Designs (including Promotional Products) at any of our showrooms or online via our website. Please note that the voucher cannot be used with any other voucher, discount code or redeemed for cash. The voucher is valid for a period of three months from the date of issue.
Disclaimer
All designs we provide are intended solely as a guide and for illustrative purposes only and are intended to help you visualize the potential of your space. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the designs are suitable for your purposes, based on your space (s) and needs. Please note that certain products you have selected may not be available. In this case, we will use alternative products in our designs.
Measurements and Installation
All the designs we create for your room(s) are based on the measurements you provide. It is important that you double-check your measurements before proceeding with the installation of the products. Please note that we are not responsible for the installation of the products, and you will need to hire a contractor to assist you in determining the precise quantity of products required. Kindly be advised that we will not conduct any site visits.
Cancellation
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and we are here to accommodate your needs. If you notify us at least 24 hours' in advance that you are unable to attend your appointment, we will be happy to refund your design fee and help you reschedule. However, please note that we cannot offer refunds once design services have commenced.
Copyright
The Designs, including drawings, plans and other materials provided by us, are protected by copyright, design rights and other applicable rights belonging to us. You have no rights in them and it is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce or permit the copying or reproduction of our designs.
Legal Matters
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any claims, losses, demands or damages (whether foreseeable, known or otherwise) arising from or related to your use of the Design Service and the Designs. This includes, but is not limited to, indirect or consequential losses, loss of actual or anticipated profits (including loss of profits from contracts), loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, damage to reputation, loss, damage or corruption of data, loss of use of money, or any other losses or damages, whether or not you have been advised of the possibility of such claims, losses, demands or damages. This applies whether such claims arise in tort (including negligence), contract or any other legal theory.
Please note that this statement does not affect your statutory rights as an individual user.
