Background

The eco-friendly Rina Apartments are located in one of the prime locations of Sydney comprising three 8-storey blocks set in spacious landscaped grounds. The development as a whole achieved an excellent 5 star rating and all the apartments were sold before the project completion date.

Scope

Cazac Construction, specializes in constructing multi-residential buildings and had already worked on previous projects with RAK Ceramics. In order to meet the specifications given, RAK Ceramics supplied tiles from the high performance 60 x 60cm Gems Series. The Gems Series are highly

durable, resistant to low concentration chemicals for a healthier environment, and cost efficient due to low maintenance and long term performance.

Results

Meeting the needs of the client by providing a tile series that is both aesthetically pleasing as well as practical within the given timescale has added Rina Apartments to the growing list of successful RAK Ceramics’ residential projects.
