Background

Located on the Jeddah Corniche alongside the Red Sea, Al Jawharah is a spectacular residential

tower offering luxurious penthouses and apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms. The tower comprises 52 floors in total with 48 residential floors, three podium levels and one floor of parking.

Scope

The challenge for this project was the complexity in the design of the tower. Floor layouts changed constantly on higher floors due to the twisting shape. To fulfill the flooring requirements, RAK Ceramics’ Lounge Series was installed. Available in a wide range of sizes with both polished and unpolished finishes, the contractors felt it matched perfectly with the twisting shape. The glossy appearance of RAK Ceramics’ Crystal Series was used on the walls to create a luxurious look and feel throughout the modern urban styled interiors.

In this particular project, the Crystal and Lounge Series’ were chosen to complement the modern, urban design of Al Jawharah Tower.
